Founder, Chairman & Managing Director
Anji Reddy has over 24 years of experience, with 13 years in operations & sales and 11 years in sales, strategy, business development and building startup companies. He was responsible for establishing the first-ever wireless company for Cisco 802.11 products in 2002. He started his career in Marketing and grew to the position of Sales Head at Sulzer Pumps, Hyderabad where he was responsible for sales in Andhra Pradesh and parts of South India. He founded Nipun Net Solutions in 2002 where he was Managing Director & General Manager, India Operations. He was responsible for strategy and business development, developing strategic alliances and establishing the wireless market for Cisco products in South India. In 2004, Anji Reddy joined as the Managing Director for Jahi Networks India Pvt. Ltd., which was acquired by Cisco in 2004, where he was responsible for setting up India operations and building world-class teams. He worked for Cisco India as quality lead since 2004 till 2011 and responsible for ISO9001, ISO14001& TL9000 certification and maintenance. He founded Marvel Infrabuild Pvt Ltd in 2010 where he was Chairman & Managing Director. He was responsible for Business strategy, development, setting up operations, project planning, execution, marketing and customer relationship. Despite being a corporate honcho, Anji Reddy is passionate about helping the underprivileged. He is one of the founders of Mathruseva Foundation, which aids rural communities secure drinking water, quality education, sanitation and healthcare. Anji Reddy holds Masters and Bachelors degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Nagarjuna University, and an MBA from the Bharathidasan University.
Mr. Srinivas Ammanabrolu, b.tech (civil)
Mr. Srinivas is a highly qualified Civil Engineer with more than 25 years of experience in civil engineering, project planning, budgeting, execution and quality control.An accomplished professional, with expertise in the areas of operations & construction management in residential, industrial and infrastructure construction, he has a very strong and useful role to play in the overall project management of the company.
Mr. Jogesh D Raju
Mr. Jogesh brings over 23 years of exclusive real estate marketing and business management experience. He is a successful serial entrepreneur in real estate and construction industry. He founded VSS Projects (P) Ltd., and Property One Shop, an online real estate portal. Prior to them Mr. Jogesh worked with several large and medium size construction companies in marketing. His areas of expertise include business development, formulating marketing strategy, directing and coordinating marketing activities and policies; developing pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
